Home workout


In start you have to warm up your body by doing jumping jackjacks jogging or running  etc.



1) The first excercise should be none other then pushups do 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps of pushups it's the good excercise

2) diamond pushups is the best excercise for chest and triceps at home do 3 or  4 sets of diamond pushups each 10 reps




3)pullups is The best excercise for back including mostly all muscles of back do 3 sets of pullups reps according to your strength

4) hanging leg raise you can do hanging leg raise for lower abs it's the most fatty area in the whole body 3 sets 8 to 10 reps each
